1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you register an account, make a payment, dictate note descriptions, or interact with our system:

• Account Data: Email address, credentials, and profile details provided via Supabase Authentication.
• Usage Data: Clinical descriptions you submit for evaluation, phrase vault mappings, and progress metrics.
• Payment Transaction Data: Transaction details, plan tier status, and billing emails processed via Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). We do not store raw credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and optimize our training platform:

• Evaluating submitted note descriptions using the OpenAI API.
• Tracking evaluation balance deduction and premium plan unlocks.
• Allowing phrase vaults to sync and export for personal SRS (Anki) review.
• Preventing API abuse, spam, and enforcing rate limiting.

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only when necessary to execute the service:

• OpenAI: Submitted notes (excluding personally identifiable data) are sent to OpenAI to generate Attending feedback. Your notes are not used to train OpenAI models under API agreements.
• Supabase: Your profile data and phrase vault are stored on secure Supabase servers.
• Lemon Squeezy: Purchases and refunds are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy as our merchant partner.

4. Medical Disclaimer

NoteMorph is solely an educational simulation tool for training visual morphology and EMR note writing. It does not collect or process real Patient Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA, as it is prohibited to input actual patient details into the training console.
